I: Sponsorship at Evening Banquet (RMB100,000)
· Company logo at the banquet or on the board at the entrance (around
500 guest including some VIP will attend the banquet).
· Company logo and “Sponsored by xxxx company” (max 10 x 10 cm)
will be displayed at tables on the banquet.
· 5 tickets for the banquet.
· Company leader (1 person) can sit at the host table.
· Photo taken together with leaders (distinguished guests)
· Detailed name list of participants
· A colored illustration of the company in the proceedings of the
conference.
· Two standard display boards (90 x 120 cm) at the conference.
· Allowed to distribute the company’s brochures at the conference
(to be arranged by the organizing committee) Scheme II:
Ten-Minute Speech at the Session (RMB40,000)
· The company representative can deliver a 10-minute speech at
the group discussion session
· Two standard display boards (90 x 120 cm) at the conference.
· A colored illustration of the company in the proceedings of
the conference.
· 2 tickets for the banquet.
· Allowed to distribute the company’s brochures at the conference
(to be arranged by the organizing committee)
· List of participating companies and contact detail.
Scheme III: Two standard display boards (RMB20,000)
· Two standard display boards (90 x 120 cm) at the conference.
· Company logo on the board behind the presidium
· 2 tickets for the banquet.
· List of participating companies and contact detail.
· Allowed to distribute the company’s brochures at the conference
(to be arranged by the organizing committee)
